you should def take the job while you are still looking for a pharm tech job. Also you should try looking at cvs,rite aid,walgreens websites for job openings! You can send them your resume that way you will be first on the list when something opens up.

It is better to have a job than no job.
Plenty of people get into pharmacy school without working as a pharm tech. You might want to consider volunteering in a hospital pharmacy to gain experiene.
Right now, most pharmacies are cutting tech hours significantly. Techs are being laid off. Certification is less valuable than experience for pharm techs.

If you presented a lawyer with the above, I doubt if he or she would take your case. As an "at will" employee, you can be terminated for any reason or no reason so firing you for continual tardiness is within your employer's rights as is asking you to perform tasks other than running your register and zoning your area. Telling you to get back to work is not harassment. You're an hourly employee - did you punch out? Your department manager's comment about the UTI was stupid and insensitive. However, it's not actionable.

You have a less than good relationship with your manager but you don't have a lawsuit based on your post.
