It is always better to talk directly to the employer to know whether he is satisfied with his /her services or not, instead of playing a drama.
here , doctor is very smart and his action of dismissing that compounder from services for suspecting him is justified according to law and on moral grounds also.
In real life also, instead of directly communicating with the persons,some people believe in hearsay.

When the doctor advertised for the post of assistant, one gm also applied for it and got employment.
one day, when doctor has gone to his home for lunch, one patient came with complaints that he suffers from severe head ache, body pains, palpitation, nausea, vomiting sensation, constipation and all the names of diseases.
Then gm, a post graduate in psychology simply told that patient that he had no physical ailment, but suffering from hypochondria and referred him to a psychiatrist.
On seeing , the patient coming out of clinic, with a smiling face, the doctor asked gm what happened. Then GM told him what she had advised the patient.
Then immediately the doctor became impatient and angry and gave dismissal order to gm, stating that he would have made millions of bucks by prescribing medicines to that patient for each disease and GM spoiled his plans.

we daily see in TV advertisements by Airtel mobile company, that " by talking only several problems can be solved".

Hey Sarah...well...it kinda depends on which position you're interested in...:
U definitely need a Bsc Degree in pharmaceutical/vet/medicine...that you already get as your collage degree..

Now...u should consider taking marketing and commerce courses in the AUC for example...that will earn you a lot of experience..and will increase your chances of working in major companies..Ya3ni being a pharmacist who knows how 2 deal with the markets..

Also computer & language skills are out of the question..:D

Check out with local universities as well and find out the requirements. When you have completed your education, you will be able to find out with the university placement office where the openings in your field are located.

2nd, wanting to work MORE is never a way to lose integrity with the company.
Best option: Explain the situation to your boss and see what they can do. Then explain it to your boss's boss, if that doesn't do anything.
