Actually Id say experience will help, it shows u have an understanding and dedication. its not a requirement, but it may help you out personally - i.e. communication skills confidence etc; and its a job so you'll earn some money!!

Definately grades are most important, and check out other Universities, not using all ur choices is the biggest mistake for any uni candidate, even if u wanna go to bradford u cant take the risk when it comes to university. and dont compromise ur personal statement, if u wanna do pharmacy and its ur first choice, just say about how much u wanna do pharmacy not anything else.

Job sites in Ireland.... www.monster.ie www.loadzajobs.ie www.recruitireland.com..... they're not search engines, they'll actually list available jobs or you can post your CV and recruiters will contact you. If you're well qualified you'll have recruiters all over you!

There are a number of multinational pharmaceutical companies in Ireland. Pfizer, Wyeth, Boston Scientific, Abbott, Schering Plough etc if you do a google search you should be able to find out more.
