You would be the manager of the business - a pharmacy in this case. You would order products and supplies, pay the bills, take care of maintenance, handle personnel issues, and all the stuff that office managers do. Make sure that your employees and customers don't steal too much.

This of course does not entitle you to actually handle the pharmaceuticals or even have access to them. That all takes a license from your State board of pharmacy.

I'm not sure about the kinds of jobs you can get with that degree, but I know a bit about pharm reps:

1) they are difficult jobs to get, usually required some strong business experience or clinical experience in the area the drug is used
2)They do pay pretty well, depending on the drug. A new rep can earn $60,000+ in addition to commissions or bonuses.
3)The field can be volatile and layoffs are common
4)Most require at least 1/2 travel
5)You usually have to have a very good driving and credit record

i would say business management, I think that is where the money may come in if you're looking to spoil her =)
