You cannot simply switch field.You need to have a degree in Pharmacy, which is recognised by the Health Ministry.
In order to practice as a pharmacist, you need to be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia), which is a branch of the ministry.
