I know of people who do not have science degrees in my class. The key is to do well in your pre-reqs.

You can go back to school for veterinary technology. It will take you another 2 years. Be sure to choose a program that is AVMA accredited.
However, there really aren't any positions that combine the two. There is really no such thing as a veterinary pharmacy tech. Veterinarians typically have small pharmacies in their own clinics and meds are dispensed by the doctors themselves, the receptionists and the technicians with no special training in pharmacy. Many medications are the same used in humans and are often scripted out to regular pharmacies.
