Unless you have very specific skills, such as graphic design, web design, computer programming, there are no real internet work at home jobs. You will just be bombarded with all kinds of scams.

Why did you go to an "expert" if you had no intentions of following the advice given? I think you should make another appointment or call and ask for a note saying you need a few days off and actually take the days off. It will be a well deserved break for your back. As for the pharmacist I am sure he/she will manage without you for a few days.
