Usually how much is a session of physical therapy??We Answered:
A "typical" session of 45 minutes of theraputic exercise would average around $225. Charges are done in 15 minute incriments or by episode of modality. Our facility charges $75 for each theraputic exercise incriment, but if you need a manual therapy this is $102 per 15 minute incriment. Modalities such as ultrasound cost about $124 per body part.Arthroscopic surgery is a relatively simple procedure and you may be able to discuss with the therapist if you are ready to continue the exercise independently at a health club or gym. That way you could follow up on occasion to have your progress monitored and your exercise program updated.

No, as an out patient, it is still a fee for service system. It will depend on the area in which you live, but as an example, this is what our facility charges:Theraputic exercise: $78-15 minute increment
Manual therapy: $102-15 minute increment
Theraputic Activity: $98-15 minute increment
Ultrasound: $124
Most typically, a 45 minute session is about $250
...say what you want Sean, this is what our clinic charges and is "average" for our area...as I said before, it is highly dependent on where you live. ...and I didn't set the prices. I live in a major metropolitin area and practice in a hospital based setting.
