Catherine Said:

Which direction should I go?

We Answered:

I'd recommend to look where you'll be in the future - say 10 years. What will put you on track for the Best Possible Future. I Believe you know and understand what you need to do. Parents and Family can be tough however, Tolerating that situation to meet your Goals would be Best, by FAR. Whatever you do, make the decision that provides the Greatest Benefit to YOU.

I Hope this Helps!!

What is the Cheapest College/University in Boston?

We Answered:

After you are a resident (12-18 months), you can take your courses at a local community college, which will be the cheapest alternative for you. You would be an unclassified student and would pay a few fees but not like a regular student.

Should I give this a try or head home?

We Answered:

wow! You sound really confused! Since you're already where you are, why not stick it out and do a little net-working there? Don't feel guilty for leaving home, it's a natural progression, and one that's going to happen anyway. (there's no such time as the 'perfect time'). Ask some of your co-workers, ar even your employer about extra courses, night schools, ect. Learn something while you're there before running home shouting "It's too hard!" Give it a time limit, (6 mo - 12 mo), whatever you're comfortable with, then get busy and make an honest effort to watch, listen and learn. You may find success, at the very least, you will have 'life experience'. Good luck, and have a little faith in yourself!!!

Cannot Decide about the Move to Boston!?

We Answered:

you can absolutely reap the benefits of living in the city without actually living in the city... it's not that difficult to get in and out of the city. i suggest you live closer to where you're going to be working. then you won't be stressed over a commute. and in your free time just drive to the nearest t-station from wherever it is you end up living, take the train into the city, and do your thing. it's cheaper to park and take the t in than it is to drive into the city and pay for parking there. when i lived in ma i lived 35 miles south of the city, and it was no problem for me to just take the braintree t in on my day off or something, and do whatever i wanted to do for the day. i suggest you make the move, because on top of how great boston is, the kingsbury club is really nice too and i think you'd really enjoy it. and if you give it a go and find it isn't for you, then you don't have to stay, you can always move somewhere else!

What is the cheapest University/College in Boston?

We Answered:

There are 2 community colleges in Boston - Bunker Hill and Roxbury.

After those 2, UMass Boston is probably the cheapest.

Where should I complete my internship?

We Answered:

London
in London you would find many opportunities than any other cities which you are interested in.
it is true that London is quite expensive, but on the one hand people make good money as well. you can easily get a part time job which would pay you at least £6/per hour.
on the other hand, even if you decided to come to England, you don't have to be in London as there are many other cities like Manchester. so you will find more and more options.
I find Aus,NZ are quite isolated when compared to London. for eg. within 2 hours you can go to Paris(France)/Germany/Netherlands so on for a short holiday.
the other thing is, if you decide to come to London, literary, you can meet people from all over the world. which I find is quite nice and believe we can only experience this in London.
further,at the end of your programme, you will have earned world recognized qualification from London.
so think of other UK cities as well and keep on doing extensive researches to find more reliable information.
