Physical Therapy Classes

Erik Said:

physical therapy classes?

We Answered:

Once you have an idea of what graduate school you will attend, find out what are their prerequisite courses. It may vary from school to school, but usually involves a year of general chemistry, bio and physics, as well as anatomy and physiology, psychology and statistics.

Good luck

Retaking classes physical therapy school?

We Answered:

You need to bing up your gpa. You can re take physics, which would get rid of the 2.0 for the c and take some other courses that will bring up your gpa. You also need to take physics 2 so understanding physics one better will help you with physics 2. you will need about a 3.5 to be competitivee for PT school. Many schools have 200-400 applicants for 40 slots

Physical Therapy classes? ?

We Answered:

Creighton University has an excellent program. Northwestern in IL also has a great program.

If you are in high school now, take the required courses for entrance into college...usually 4 years of English, 3 of science and math.

Once in college, take the courses requied to get into the graduate level program...it usually varies between schools, but usually involves physics, chem, bio, psych and math.

Geraldine Said:

We Answered:

Four state schools currently offer physical therapy degrees. UNC Chapel Hill, Western Carolina University, East Carolina University and Winston-Salem State University offer entry level master's programs. Duke University and Elon College, both private institutions, also have physical therapy schools. These programs culminate in doctoral degrees.
