Long story short, if you go to a faith based hospital (ie, a non-profit hospital), they often have programs in place for those who demonstrate financial need.If she doesn't qualify, many private clinics will offer discounts to those paying cash. Likely $75-$150 a visit. Unfortunately, shoulder rehab after fracture can go on for months (sometimes less if it was a very minor fracture) and I've seen people for as many as 35 visits. On the shorter end of things, for a very minor fracture, it could be as little as 8-12 visits.

I just went through PT in NC and I doubt costs differ that much from state to state. It was $150/hour. Ridiculous; but you can go a few times and then ask for some home exercises. That should be enough. B/c after the intial few appointments they just sit there and watch you do exercises; not worth paying them.
