I guess he's just making a joke about his pace maker. The electrical stimulator might cause it to stop (if he had one) and kill him.So the joke is that he scared her by saying that which is what he means by "I stimulated blood flow to her heart".
I get it, but I don't find it all that hilarious. It's only mildly amusing.
