Bonnie Said:

Should I report my brother-in-law to the District Attorney?

We Answered:

You have asked a thoughtful question and I will give you a thoughtful answer. Why did this man marry your sister? Was it good in the beginning? How long were they married? Was that relationship founded in love?

Did the husband get money from this circumstance? Did he receive a large sum of money since she died? Is the really that motive for him to let her die?

It must have been hard for him to be a primary care giver for a long period of time even leading up to this.

He is not necessarily an evil person but it does show a bad side of him that he is going golfing to get away from this. He should be sensitve to you guys as family...

You should be prepared to not get a conviction out of this if you pursue a legal case. But if he is an abuser then maybe the record of this would do some good. And it would make you feel better that he'd be less likely to affect someone in this way in the future. Sorry for your loss and remember the good things about life with your sister.
