CSU schools really aren't very good. US News ranks both schools as third tier regional schools. Therefore, one of your criteria (that you want to go to a good school) is not going to be met by these schools.

If you really want to go to one of those schools -- base your decision on something other than academics. If you want a good education (and as a big party girl, I suspect that you do not) -- choose something else completely.

In the mean time, if you can't ride your bike...you need to find another way to get around.

You could also purchase a moped and use it to get around. Then, once you are healed...if injury or illness ever prevents you from using your bike again...you will have the moped as back up to get around. Once you get a way to get around....you can get your business back up and running.

You have a duty to mitigate your damages. That means not making them worse. It's great that you ride your bike to get around. But since that's not an option...you need to explore other avenues and other means of transportation to keep your business running. Once you are working...you will have the money to pay your living expenses.
