My grandma has been giving me a hard time...what should I do?

We Answered:

I think you should still talk to her. Not to be a hypocrite but because she's your elder. Whenever she does start with the bullshit she gives you my best advice for you is to ignore her. As long as your parents have no problem with what your doing her opinion doesn't matter and shouldn't be take to consideration at all.

How do I live with a bipolar mom?

We Answered:

Wow, she`s emotionally unstable. She should start meds ASAP.I could only imagine what you`re going through. I had a bipolar mom, ( an treated one as well), and it was a nightmare.Oh, and BTW, it doesn`t matter how nice you are to her. Her moods are unstable because of lack of treatment, she`s being selfish, ( tell her that for me).Your best bet would be, to pack your stuff up and move to a loving relative. The abuse can continue forever, don`t be a victim. Find a family member to take you in. She needs treatment, she`ll go if her behaviour is not tolerated.Tell her you got this advice from another bipolar sufferer. I told my husband to book me in if I ever refuse treatment. You can`t book her in, BUT, you can find another loving home.Remember, you can`t change her, but you can change your situation. Don`t enable her to abuse you .

What is wrong with me?

We Answered:

The ONLY thing wrong with you is that you don't see your own value. You need to learn to love yourself and have some self esteem. Guys like him "feed" on people like you. They make you feel like you owe them something for giving you the time of day. Don't worry--you certainly aren't the only who has run into guys like that. They are abusers. Period.

Don't let your mind keep replaying things he said to you that were put-downs. Find the value in yourself, even if it means getting some counseling. Once you can see your value, the whole world will look different. We all have value! Good luck and God Bless!!
