Here is the link to all of the schools that are accredited to offer PT and PTA. I do not believe CCM offers either.

Best wishes

Curtis Said:

How long does it take to study physical therapy and what are they being paid per hour? (physical therapist)?

We Answered:

The above answer is correct, in the US, you need at least a master's degree, but now about half the programs (if not more) are now doctorate level which usually takes about 7 years to complete.

Starting salary is variable, but the bls lists the median salary around $66,000 a year, or about $30/hr.

...most earn somewhere between $50-70,000

Sandra Said:

What do you have to do to study Physical Therapy?

We Answered:

Physical therapy is generally a terminal/ doctoral degree. You will have to obtain a bachelors degree first, generally in Kinesiology or athletic training or something like that. Then you need to get really good grades and apply to PT school. They are pretty competitive to get in to so it helps if you have good grades and are getting some experience in the field as an assistant or something.

I am very interested in going to college but I dont kno what to study art or physical therapy?

We Answered:

Definitely physical therapy. There are a lot of jobs in that field and the pay is good. My sister-in-law has a degree in art and she worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car...Not many jobs in the art field. You could always minor in art and still do it as a hobby.

Just thought of this: Art Therapy. This is a practice used by some therapists, with children or those with special needs. Look it up.

Anyone have a research topic for an undergraduate study in physical therapy?

We Answered:

Check out the effects of Creatine on Tendons and muscles. There has been a recent surge in people claiming it weakend the tendons/muscles to the point of tearing. Its not very well researched at the moment but i think its current enough to get you some bonus points from your Professor
