Yeah it is free on the NHS, i've had physiotherapy for 4 years :)

I went to Margaret McQueen at the Bupa hospital in edinburgh.
She is an orthopaedic surgeon there.
Also you can try Prof Steffan Breusch of Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.

Not sure in Southampton, but in Portsmouth there is a really good estblishment called Physiotherapist Associates. I did my work experience there and the physio there also diagnosed my toen ACL injury correctly when doctors (3 of them) had all got it wrong.

You just have to have 18 graduate hours to be qualified to be an adjunct. It depends a lot on the university whether or not you'll be hired. Community and regional colleges are usually desperate for adjuncts, and those positions are easy to get, though they're extremely poor paying.

If you can be qualified to teach in a nursing program, however, you are assured of a job pretty well anywhere. I'm not sure how different the qualifications would be for such a job from the degree you have. If you're qualified, though, you could land a wonderful position.

Impaired insulin responsiveness, if not managed, can further progress to type 2 diabetes mellitus, an all too common condition. For most of the human population this is avoidable, given that causes of intramyocellular lipid deposition are predominantly lifestyle-mediated.
