First offence or not, he made the choice to do it and now rightly so he is paying for it. The officer is correct saying it invalidated his insurance and if he wasn't stopped he could have hit an innocent motorist.Sorry but he should have thought of the concequences last year before even getting in the car.

If you don't feel the chiro is helping, then by all means do as your medical doctor recommended. See a physiotherapist. The muscles need to be relaxed before the adjustments will "hold" If not, the spasms will pull your spine out of alignment again. Stretching & heat helps to maintain flexibility.If you go back to chiro, pick a day when you have a few hours to rest after an adjustment. If you dive straight back into regular activities, you'll be shooting your own foot. Space out your adjustments by at least a week apart, if possible. Healing takes time.
