you will end up spending more money building it by hand than by buying a complete bike from an actual bike shop.
Also, as a novice, you will drop/crash/fall off your nude monocoque carbon fiber frame in the first year and have to replace it.
Also, you will end up spending more time hunting down all these various components and paying someone to put together your bike than actually riding it.
Also, as a cycling neophyte, you have most likely purchased the wrong size frame from your online Taiwanese vendor, having never test ridden it, and will very likely develop serious knee problems from an improperly fit bike. When your parts do finally come together, have your bike shop professionally fit your bike to you.

I take a couple every morning with a Pepsi, have been doing this for years. It certainly won't hurt you if you do it once. Over time it can affect your stomach but they actually add caffeine to some aspirin products to make them take affect quicker.

Steroids are fine when used this way. Please be aware cortisone can be "very" painful when injected - it is thick and irritating to the tissues, but it really works.

There are a few other things while using the therapy and steroids that may help to increase calcification of the fracture. Avoid coffee and tea both are calcium leachers. Avoid sugar -metabolizing insulin consumes calcium from the blood stream and makes less available for bone formation. Take some magnesium as it helps the body metabolize calcium.

Also if you seriously compete you may be disqualified for a certain time frame until the steriods clear your system.
