i would say something is pointed to the fact that they live so far from the work, and doctors office. Also he shouldnt see a nurse but instead a real doctor. also diet is not everything, medication is needed for diabetes patients.

(b) more infor re Tegla + Majella

Then we can compare/contrast "care workers" (behavior, attitudes/"prejudices") with Sanjit and wife/family --- in order to begin to consider "the effects of prejudice relating to culture, religion, education, family, environment, finances and work," if only in a very rudimentary manner.

Well, as legitimate as your parents' need for all those vehicles may be, nonetheless, they are turning a quiet residential street into a busy commercial thoroughfare, and, frankly, their neighbors have every right to complain about the disturbance to their peace and quiet and the blocking of access to their property.

So, if your parents are not capable of running their foster care business (they do get paid for it, don't they?) in a residential neighborhood without disturbing and inconveniencing their neighbors like that, then, yes, frankly, they SHOULD move away. Case closed.
