contact all surgeons , private and govt hospital, also their assistants, and even MBBS and MD doctors, ... this means u have to do lot of marketing, and continue to do it till u are happy, i understand some time u will have to throw parties too to doctors who are giving u patients and who are your prospective friends, specially orthopaedic surgeons

pl ask him to approach some renowned hospitals for job; this experience in working in a big hospital is an added advantage if he apples for jobs in overseas hospitals. I know many physios working in Canara, UK/ US/ Australia and earning good money also learning latest knowledge in that line
