Today I walked alone. I was wearing a pair of frayed denim shorts and a black blazer with the sleeves rolled up. My curly chestnut hair ...... i dont understand why your attire and the color of your hair are relevant here...they kind of take the attention off the whole scene for a second or two.

Assuming you live in the U.S. you are legally the copyright holder. If she wants to use images of you for anything that does not fall under fair use, she should have a usage license or usage agreement from you allowing her to do so. Just write something up in plain english that makes it clear to whomever creates or prints the materials that she has your permission to use those photos for that purpose.

If you ever want to use the images you take of her, you should get a model release from her. You may use the images according to the terms stated in the model release.

Usage and Releases don't necessarily need to be in writing, but it's a good idea to put them in writing.
