Possible consequences for not finishing a work contract in UAE?We Answered:
You signed a limited contract for 2 years. Not fulfilling the same is considered breaching UAE Labour Law and you may receive a one year work ban.Now - Domestic workers do not fall under UAE Labour Law what doesn't mean they haven't to fulfill their contracts signed.
You have to bear your relocation costs if not fulfilling your contract.
You may talk to your employer and let him know that your current work is not like mentioned in your contract. Try to find an amicable solution before doing a step which might be regretted later.
Take care.

Help me decide what to do with my life? uni courses.?We Answered:
Don't think about the money. Also, Private School isn't everything. Architecture would best suit you. A career in medicine would mean night shifts and 4-6 years in university. My suggestion is architecture because:-the hours are steady
-the pay is good
-if you are talented and have had enough experience, you could open up your own business and possibly work from home.
Architecture is your best option. Good luck in finding what is right for you.

Can my employer make me change my job in the company due to injury? We Answered:
You said yourself you have an injury? so you can not do your Job properly for now! what the HR is doing is offering you yet another job within, as long you are doing the same hours and getting the same pay there is nothing you can complain about.I mean you've said yourself, " you have injury and subsequently you can not do your present job at this time" if they keep you where you are now, it is more like it your injury will get worth and you wont be doing the job as it should be, I would welcome the new post and when the time come and you recover from your injury, I'm sure they will have you back.
