Matthew Said:

should I be concerned??

We Answered:

Because we are in the day and age that children are little robots. They want them eating at the same time in life, drinking the same amount, having the same poops, heck these doctors are even pushing that they are the same size during gestation. Then we throw them into the world of school where every child has to learn at the same rate, wear the same clothing and if not, we medicate them. Your child is just fine. Children ARE all different. Look at adults. Some have the mentality to pump gas, where some are brain surgeons. Everyone IS different. It is SUPPOSED to be that way. The world works best when there is diversity. Forget the charts of how much they weigh, and how tall/short they are, when they should be doing things. As long as children are progressing, they are learning at their own pace and doing things that are comfortable for THEM. He is just fine. Just remember Albert Einstein did not talk until he was 4! Today he would have been put in special classes and had medication and been diagnosed with a learning disorder.

Does this sound familiar? (most likely heart related) ?

We Answered:

I do think you need to go back to the doc. I have MVP which causes my heart to palpitate and I am 25 My normal BP is 145/95 to 150/110. I have a lot of problems with my bp and have been on many meds for it. Last night my BP went to 177/133 and i ended up spending the night in the hospital. Now I am afraid for my life because of what the docs said to me. Dont wait until something really bad happens! GO to your doc! Have an echo cardiogram done.

Pain behind my right eye. Should I see a doctor?

We Answered:

I had the same pain and know what causes it, tight neck muscles. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head. The nerves for your eyes go to the back of your head, passing right by the neck muscles. When the muscles are tight they can press into the nerves to cause pains on the back of your eyes. If more pressure was there it would cause the pupils to dilate to make you sensitive to light. To get rid of this pain you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
Your back pains are caused by pinched muscles there and you must still have them so if you want to get rid of them you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

4 month old development?

We Answered:

it might be worth doing that yes, i don't think you will lose much if you get a second professional opinion.I would do it for a peace of mind. Needless to say but my little one is now 3 months old and he holds his head very well, his neck is super strong and he has been able to hold his weight since he was 8 weeks old.
All the best

Is anyone else having trouble enjoying their pregnancy?

We Answered:

Congrats on twins!

I know what you mean. With my first pregnancy, I had very little morning sickness and it was a text book pregnancy (except for the pre-eclampsia in week 32)

With this pregnancy, I got all-day sickness from the second the egg implanted (seriously, 9 dpo!) and my SI joint went out of alignment almost immediately. I can't complain too much because I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks last time, so any smptom just means that the baby is healthy...But still. I wish I could eat food again!

Good luck!
