How do you go about getting a job with a semi professional/ professional football team?

There is a website that lists soccer related jobs. I'm sure the qualifications depend greatly on the position. I forget the name of the site, but if you look at the left had side of Socster.com site there is a small listing of available soccer jobs.

All the best!

what about the scope of physiotherapy in india and abroad?what specialisations can be done after U.G physiothe

We Answered:

Hello friend, I happen to read about you doubts regarding PT scope. Our profession has enormous scope provided if we have skill and good knowledge about "our profession". Fields like Manipulative Therapy are developing high these days.In neuro side.... NDT and several other techniques. But none will teach you in our colleges. you have to learn by yourself ... We can certainly enjoy first contact practise .... i have seen and got inspired my a friend. Our job is a clinical job ... you ought to understand that. Doing a MPT and ending up as a lecturer or principal doing " administrative job " . This is not our field. Many are following this as they find this " secure" ......not risky.
But our learning is sure to end at same point of time .... we tend to lose interest once we get settled .Unlike , the as clinicians. we can do wonders in treating pain or paralysis.. none of the other people could do.

Poor thing is that " we ourselves do not know what we could do" reason... no resources.

My opinion ....1. if you are finincially sound ... you can prefer to do masters in australia in Australia - Manual therapy or Neurology

2. If you are not that much sound , you can do here in some reasonanbly good college ....but what you learn in MPT depends upon how interested you are . i think most of the syllabus are not practical enough,..... they allot very less hours for clinical practice. Lot of theories but their implementation is very less.certainly you ll learn lot of theroies ,,, but your clinical skills ..... ?

We , indians speak lot , but do less when it comes to treatment. We go for modalities always.
or

do a good short course in abroad... these course are not recognised in India... say Bobath course in UK or IMTA course in Switzerland... But you can earn a lot of skill in treating patients

3. If you are still not financially sound to do MPT in India or ( do not prefer to do here due to poor standard) as in the case of mine, Learn a lot, improve your skill; gain the confidence of your patients, be sincere in treating the patient , you can even start a clinic ...

Manual therapy and NDT certainly do not rely on modalities .. they rely on skill , clinical reasoning.

I myself have planned to do the same ,I have ard 3 years of experience.I have tried some universities in UK , Australia but finance matters isnt it?.

My suggestion... even if you are interested in Neuro .. you just read Maitland s spinal or Peripheral mobilisation some 2 or 3 chapters again and again,,... you will certaily be inspired friend as i m now.

BPT or MPT ... there is no learning in Physiotherapy without practice....without treating patients we cannnot learn .

This would certainly enable profession" i believe.

Treating pain , paralysis in our job ...... Hope this is enough. good bye ... .

a friend.....
