I have that problem. Though i can throw my shoulder out lifting something as easy as a gallon of water. I suggest you see an orthopaedic doctor about your shoulder. Surgery is an option for mine, but I am not ready to be down for that long. I have learned to do everything left handed anyway. Sometimes that clicking may be caused by a bone spur. Not really sure. But here in America you have to pass some kind of exam to get a license to practice physical therapy in whatever state you decide to live in.
