What Do You Need To Become A Physiotherapist

Terrance Said:

What GCSE/A-levels do you need to become a sports physiotherapist?

We Answered:

Well if I can remember correctly for GCSE’S your given the compulsory subjects (maths, eng, sci ect) and you have to choose 3 extra subjects or so, but the only one you need to take is p.e (but it still isn’t absolutely essential for physiotherapy at that level)

A level suggestions
1. Biology
2. P.e
3. Maybe chemistry
4. A subject you really enjoy (music, drama, art, english ect)

(basically as long as you have Biology and P.e you will be fine)

hope this helps, and thers some extra info about salaries and stuff in the link

What subjects do you need to take in sixth form if you want to become a sports physiotherapist?

We Answered:

P.E and biology would be the main two I imagine with 2 of your choice. Look at what universities want and then you'll know which subjects to take.
