be positive. i know its hard but you need to do it. im a really positive person but i used to be really depressed for a few reasons. whenever you are in a situation think of the positives regardless, i dont care what the situations is. you where faithful to your cousin for not telling, and you couldnt have controlled what she did to herseflf. talk to your mom or dad and tell them what your uncle did. someone NEEDS to know and he HAS to be punished for what he did. its important he gets what he deserves and you might feel better if you let people know. you may not have evidence but people take rape very serisously so he wont get away with it. try working out, crazy but it works. start joggin/walking/running. it will make you feel better and give you more neergy which will most liekyl make you more positive of a person. i would volunteer somewhere like a sick kids hospital to make you feel better and feel like your making a difference. You could tell your story to other children around the world. Maybe they know someone that is being raped and you could save that persons life!!! Hm yours is fine.Mine is to turn 21 without much style, go to florida, new york, leeds festival, go on the dole, hopefully get enough money from the dole to go to fiji, go see LTJ and zebrahead, screw up xmas and new year, go to fiji come back from fiji, go back on the dole, do my masters, get a real job, get a life. ...continue to screw up my life until 2012 when the world is supposed to end according to everyone (I have no idea where everyone heard this from because I haven't read about it). Oh and hopefully at somepoint I'll finally get to see CapDown play seeing as they are apparently/maybe/hopefully back together
