does anyone have exercises to help my speech?

We Answered:

Here is some excersie follow it for more than 2 months time
You can not get result dramatically !There will be no magc ok !
First you shoud see how much your tongue is protruded while taking it out ?If it come little than see the frenulum connecting you tongue to the floor of mouth !it is stringe like small stright mucosal skin which if is shaort than your tongue may not be comming out as what in others case ! than better you go to surgeon to have a 3 minute work for to make a small incision on that frenulum to cut so that your tongue will come out long ! Ok Now <
For some word in speech we take help of only lips Like "pa,fa, ba, bha, and ma," some words we speak with help of tongue teeths like "Ta,Th,DA,DHA,NA," some we speak with the help of tongue and pallet !wheere the tomgue touches the upper floor of mouth we call it pellet like "TA,THH,DA,DH,NA," you have to find out your self in which perticualar word you are finding problem in pronounciation and you have to do try with excercice to crrect it !
Excercise includes
(1)Blowing of the air with cheek swlllen !
(2)Taking tongue out for more in length (3)blow the baloon
(4)taking water in mouth and ringing without throwing it out !
Sit before the mirror and try this and look your self where you are making mistakes !
Listen the audio for correct pronounciation and try vigourously !
Remwmbwr "WILL WILL FIND A WAY !
Best luck and if satisfied give best anser mark.Always YouRsmE

Harry Said:

i would have the document about speech therapy for nodule of vocal cord?

We Answered:

The best therapy for vocal nodules is a vocal hygiene program. Vocal nodules are like calluses (bumps) that form on the vocal folds (cords) because of tension or vocal abuse (yelling, excessive talking, singing with strain, etc.).

Vocal hygiene is just a set of guidelines to decrease strain on the vocal cords:
1. Avoid coughing or throat clearing
2. Avoid excessive talking...try to talk less throughout the day
3. Drink lots of water - keep your throat hydrated
4. Avoid caffeine (coffee, chocolate, cola)
5. Don't whisper - causes more tension for the vocal cords
6. Maintain healthy eating habits to avoid acid reflux (heartburn)
7. Get a good night sleep / don't smoke- keep your body healthy

Many medical sites list other tips for vocal nodules. Speech language pathologists and ENT doctors can help you monitor your voice.

A doctor should be consulted if voice conditions do not improve.
