Most schools will let you get a masters with only a 3.0. While a 3.5 certainly makes life easier, even really good schools accept people with lower GPAs. Be prepared to tell why you have a 3.0 and what you could have done better to raise that GPA in college. Also, many schools take into account your Junior and Senior years in college or your specific major GPA. As for the GRE, you will still need to do well on the test so don't just blow it off by thinking no matter what you will do not good. You need to study for it and you may want to retake it if you don't get the score you want.
