I'm the primary custodial parent of my children. My ex has the login and pin information for the websites to access scores and scheduled events for both of our daughters. I don't typically discuss anything relative to their school work or grades with him unless I notice a pattern or some problem comes up with it at home. I do generally remind him about school events about a week ahead of time... just in case. The website isn't always updated with the latest event information and I want to make sure he's aware. Teacher conferences are typically held at the request of the parents unless there is a major problem with a child, so I let him know if I believe there is a need for one so he has the option to attend. This system has worked well for us over the past 7 years.
