Speech For Children

What are some speech inpairments in children? We Answered:
If your brother is 2 1/2, it's likely that it could be:- stuttering/stammering
- a 'speech sound' disorder (also known as a "phonological disorder" or "articulation disorder")
- developmental verbal dyspraxia (although this is quite rare compared to the other two).
(the terms apraxia and dyspraxia are often used interchangably).
Of the speech impairments listed above- Wernicke's aphasia, aphasia and Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) are all usually seen in adults. Aphasia is usually the result of a stroke/some kind of damage to the brain.
If you want to help him, you could ask the Speech Pathologist to give you some things to do with him at home. You could probably ask her this, even if you don't remember what it is called!
But in a general sense, you can help by just doing what sisters do with little brothers normally. Talk with him. Play with him. Keep things simple.

freedom of speech, children's rights? We Answered:
Just because you subscribe to a view, no matter how disagreeable, should not lead to a detention; provided it was a part of a class-room discussion. Aside from that, students have limited first amendment rights in the class-room settings, they have a little more when expressing an opinion in a school newspaper column.Washing hands and reasonable consequences for not doing so is appropriate, it can be justified on the basis of good hygiene and prevention of communicable disease, this is not a bad thing. Detentions must, however, be of a reasonable duration.
As for using curse word, you will never have that right in a class-room setting, not even in law school.
As far as disagreements with the teacher, it depends on what is being discussed, if she says the U.S. Government is always right, you can challenge that, but politely and in a professional manner, and if you get a detention over that contact the local ACLU.

What are some good speech topics for children? We Answered:
The importance of reading or education... But not in a preachy kind of way, in a way that provokes thought, but also keeps them somewhat entertained.Marcia Said:
Pls help me to write speech for children on Early bird catches the worm?We Answered:
1We live in a very dynamic and versatile society. Each person decides how to deal with his/her own daily activities in the best way he/she can. Some people prefer to start the day in the very early morning and get organized with all the things one has to do. They have a daily routine which becomes a habit. For example, people who work in cafeterias get up very early because they have to prepare all the things which they need, so that they can open on time. Others get up later in the day and that is usually involved with the job they do. It depends on the work they're doing and its their choice how to manage their lives.
There are many different kind of lifestyle people live. Someone likes to get up early in the morning and someone doesn't. Maybe it's a little bid special to get up early for a student. But I am the student who has been a early bird for many years.
In my opinion, getting up early has many advantages. First, we can breath the pure air in the early morning and enjoy the breakfast slowly. Furthermore, there is a tell that we have clear brains to study in the morning. In my school time, I always get up early and take the bus with only elder people to school. I can do many works before the class begin. In my free time, I still get up early to listen music and walk around to breath the clear air.

In ancient chinese, people always get up early and go to bed in early evening because they trust that human should lives basing on the sunrising schedule. There are more and more research support the point of view nowadays. Moreover, people are care about their health more than before. Getting up early in the morning is not a habit which is hard to reach.
In fact, it's not easy to get up early if you don't go to bed early at night. In my view, the first step people want to reach the goal that getting up early should go to sleep earlier. There are really many advantages of the habit. Hope everybody can add this good habit into their life.
