well if she's in preschool you might want to get her out because she may not have the self control to be in school but if there is no way to get her out or if you don't think that is necessary that you can try to get her out of that habit at home like by telling her to calm down or put her in timeout for 5 minutes or make her go to bed an hour earlier and maybe once she gets out of that habit she will get friends and maybe since she hasn't been with kids her age only with younger people than maybe she's shy but don't have that as your first excuse or your first diagnosis. that should actually be your last option.
