If you do not see more use of language by two then you will have to have you child's doctor refer you to a speech therapist. I had to take my son to speech therapy and it did wonders for him. What they did was to start by taking words such as bee and only work on the b sound then work on the ee sound then to bring them together to form the word. This was used with all sounds. Like you I thought what could a speech therapist really do with a two year old, but you would be amazed at how patient they are and how having someone beside your self working with them will really make a difference. the independent variables are the results in which the great improvement was observed. the dependent variables are the tenets of the therapy exercises.

What may happen is that he is not too attracted to the idea of speaking yet. What I can strongly recommend is that you try to teach him with some toys from this site I found on the internet which sells educational toys for kids, basically what they do is teach the kids through play. This what kids like the most, trust me once you try this he’ll be talk to you normally it worked for me.
