Is she spiteful? Irresponsible? Like PP said if she is being taken to the Dr. then nothing will happen. Just document everything. Take pics of rashes, etc. If you truly think she is negligent this could possibly build up your case.My neighbor went through a similar situation. He finally got custody when the baby mama physically attacked him while putting the baby in her car seat! She then tested postive for smoking crack.
Um, yeah, not common, but it is definitely hard to get custody from the mother. Good luck to you, though :)
