I just watched super nanny last night (yeah I know xp) and the family was somewhere down south. they had an accent.

but lets see the south has that sort of sing songy way of speaking and some infringes on grammer (no offense)

in the michigan area people say we have very nasal A's. (i'm not sure what they mean by that lol)

new york/jersey have theirs

boston has one

minnesota says some words like "boat" with a different accent.

california area.

She would apply to schools that she is interested in as a transfer student, her credits may or may not transfer and if they do, then it is a possibility that they all won't.

If you want to make this as smooth as possible I would suggest contacting prospective universities ahead of time and asking about their transfer procedures for foreign transcripts. Some schools may require you to send them off to a third party for evaluation, some will just request that you send them to school as part of the application for admission.

NB: Some universities have this information on their website, so it could be a good idea to start there first, remember that not all universities will want the transcripts sent to the same 3rd party company, so don't assume that one procedure fits all, because you could very well be wrong in that assumption.
