Don't let him lead you around. Make him talk to you. Tell him he won't get what he wants unless he tells you. Start taking him to the bathroom every little bit, if you can and tell him that things will be this way until he starts talking to you. He is only doing this because you are letting him. If he speaks fine when he recites these quotes then there shouldn't be a need for speech therapy.

It's a fairly well written paper try working it into longer sentences, using bigger words, etc. Just mainly fool around with it without changing a majority of things or permanently changing it until your happy with your results and indent your paragraphs. But it is a very good paper these are just suggestions except the indent thing.

i didn't read it all. stopped when it said "agreed that the public expression of any and all prejudices must be forbidden." that doesn't make sense and its not factual, I don't know the author of this essay. but they are speaking in in extreme terms that aren't true so I lose interest in their argument.

people can express some prejudices, they do it all the time, watch the news or TV or movies, there's messages of prejudices everywhere.

hate crimes go beyond expressions of prejudice to being crimes based on prejudice, ...but what you are asking is how to summarize a theme.

first - read all that is written here. think about it. explain to a friend what you think it means-- don't worry about not getting it "right"..just try---and as you try you can keep thinking how best to explain it, then maybe read it once more and think some more, then ask a question on her again with a rough sketch of your thoughts thats much shorter than this, and ask for help to refine that,
