Those books, especially the Self Therapy one, were the ones that helped my family...it is one to study and work through the steps rather than just to casually read. It is, however, up to you, as no therapist has a "magic wand" (even though we sometimes wish we had one).If you only stammer "a little", you may be within normal limits.
