The only way I would get plastic surgery is if someone straight out bought it for me. I have more important things to spend my money on then a different nose. I personally hate the way I look (i am a big guy), but I don't think surgery is the answer.

I wouldn't get cheap priced plastic surgery because if they mess up, you will be scared forever and ever and ever. Not a good thing. I've never heard of plastic surgery in Egypt, especailly if you have to fly there, that would cost thousands. So might as well not go through al that hassle, eh?

If you live in America; for the best quality I would go to a well known doctor (possibly Beverly Hills), but that will not be cheap (obviously). However, you can feel assured that you'll be pretty and not deformed. I wouldn't go to another country, but Japan is pretty safe too, just not worth the plane ticket. And I doubt Japan will be any cheaper.
