Make sure the surgeon has all the time in the world to answer all of your questions satisfactorily. Gauge his patience and explanation of the procedure and any problems to expect. If the procedure takes longer than 6 hrs; it's a good idea to have it done in a hospital setting so if there is any problem; you are in a safe place.

Go for a free consultation. Shop around. Read up on the procedures. All the costs should be laid out and there should be no hidden costs. such as unncessary biopsies.

Can't say I've actually seen any 'proper' moobs which are just excess breast tissue without the fat on them.
