Bags Under Eyes Surgery

Duane Said:

Is it possible to get rid of bags under the eyes without surgery?

We Answered:

Be sure to get plenty of rest and sleep to reduce bags and keep your skin healthy and not tired looking. Also drink lots of water to keep skin and eyes hydrated, plus it'll make your eyes sparkle and your skin will glow! :D
Other good ways would be to eat healthy foods like fruit, veg and protein as they nourish your skin adn contain vitamins to help you look vitalized and bright =)

What's the best thing for under eye bags besides surgery?

We Answered:

1. Get more sleep. Sleep is very important. You might not getting enough sleep. Maybe you've been getting 7 hours when you actually need 9 hours! If you are getting enough sleep, try the following:
2. Wash face with ice cold water for 20 minutes.
3. Slice a raw cucumber or potato thinly and put on top of lids; or steep teabags in hot water, and after letting them cool put the moist bags on lids. Leave them for 20 minutes.

Tips
* Limit your intake of alcohol and salty foods.
* Be sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
* Remove eye sand from eye.
* Take a shower.
* Drink a lot of water.
* Use eye cream. Use a little on your lips as well.
* Eye exercise: simply rotate your eyes clockwise then counterclockwise.
* When you sleep, elevate your head.
* Some stores sell puffy eye treatment cream. Try it.
* Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
* Very crucial, eat less before you sleep.

Warnings
* Don't rub your eyes too much because your eyes might get red and irritated.
* Some puffy eye treatment creams may not work.

Nobody looks good with puffy bags under their eyes, but how to get rid of them?

SIMPLE SOLUTION: Well, this is the easiest remedy I’ve ever run across, and it really works!

I was so surprised by the single kitchen-cupboard ingredient that this How-To calls for--it's not a cucumber, and you’re sure to have one on hand. Find out the secret here:

Raw potato slices will help tighten baggy, puffy eyes. All you need is a potato and a knife or slicer!

To Make:

1. Slice 1/4 potato to fit over your eyes.

2. Cut 2 slices or, if you prefer, 5 to 10 very thin slices, several for each eye. Either method works.

To Use:

1. Spritz eye area with water.

2. Lying down, place the potato slices on your eyelids and leave in place for at least 10 minutes for best results.

Also drink plenty of water.

Hope this helps!!!
