I'm sorry to not answer your question, but breast implants are pointless for most of the people that want/get them. The size of certain parts of ones body should not determine their confidence. The same goes for the other forms of "plastic surgery". Most of the people that do these things either have major self esteem issues or are way into their looks...which to me still seems like self esteem issues.

There are a few people out there that actually need this kind of stuff, ie cancer survivors and accident survivors. For them this stuff is necessary to get life somewhat back to normal. This kind of surgery is the closest they can get to their old life. So, personally I think it's disgracing them when someone else uses it simply because they aren't happy with their breasts, or because they are getting older. If you aren't happy with who you are, how is anyone else supposed to be happy with who you are? As for celebrities thats a different rant altogether, but no mistake, these people are pointless to society. Like they do stuff anyone else couldn't? pffft. What they do is cake and not only do they get payed a million times what they are worth, but people treat them like they are superman or something. Hope this helps put a few things into perspective. The recovery time is somewhat lengthy. My wife had it done. There are suction bottles which have to be changed frequently during the first week. Scaring is quite likely although it will be not readily visible. This is a major surgery so you will be sore for some time. However, you will recover. My wife has not regretted hers because the weight was such a problem before. Discuss any questions you have with your surgeon and be satisfied before proceeding.

If your nipples are "shy", don't you think they will be happy when they are liked enough?
Plastic surgery is ugly - it should only be used if you got your face ripped off in a car crash or something like that. Natural beautiful breasts and nipples should be happy and natural. It is not good for your feelings all that notion of having to "correct" this or that.

Let them be, please - you'll be happy with that in the long run.

It really depends on the type of surgery and what your doctor recommends. Again, what sort of exercises would again on what type (under the breast cut, or areola cut) and how you are healing after the surgery. If you are having this done, make sure to write down all these questions for your doctor.
