I have never had cosmetic surgery, only Botox and fillers etc. However, if I were to have invasive surgery I would go to my GP and ask for a referral. The likelihood is that your GP will know someone who specialises in this field or will certainly be able to refer you to an expert - depending on what surgery you want - they will specialise in different aspects i.e. breast surgery, etc etc. I would then check against the register of the British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPS) to check their credentials. One thing is for certain, I would not entertain going overseas for any surgery whatsoever. My friend had Alex Kadaris do her lipo - he is always on the TV and has done much surgery for celebrities etc - he has a very high profile and a good name and, he was actually much cheaper than many competitors (Transform etc) and used the latest technology.

You can talk to doctors and look at what would suit you and be best for your body, age and budget, really think about it and don't rush into it. Cosmetic surgery can help but it is also important that emotional health is stable as well.

Or you could be happy with what nature gave you! there's so many horror stories, and if most blokes are like me, scars, and fake lifeless ballons on porn films, just arnet sexy.
Bet the only one complaining, is actually you. there's so much more than t i t s.....eyes, bum, personality, clothes, humour, warmness, lots of things go to make up an ideal girl...fun bags are low on the list, for most blokes, the sort you'd want!
Ok, i havent answered the question, and possibly anyone with enogh money to get it done properly wont be on answers, but hopefully the replies you do get, may help to finalise the descision, and be of a more general help, taken all together.
