Your credit record is abysmal. And you are only going to pay off 1/2 of the arrears next month? You cannot afford cosmetic surgery. First, pay your debts, then save up for what you need and want for your future. And no, with that credit record, you could not borrow that much when lending was loose.

Today lending is very tight, and you couldn't borrow that much for something so frivolous (to a banker!) if you had a credit score of 700. You aren't borrowing diddly without good credit, and good income, and good collateral these days. You strike out on all three counts here.

Be careful not to get scammed.... If this is a lender only known from the internet and they require that you pay them a fee before they send you the loan money.... you are walking into a scam.

It is called "Advanced Fee Loan Scam"....

The possibility of getting a bank to finance cosmetic surgery to the tune of 25K without any real estate as collateral.... is not going to happen. They don't do unsecured loans for something they can't get a penny for if they need to take it away to pay off the loan.

There is financing available for medical bills but I don't know whether they would approve a loan in this amount for elective surgery. Try Carecredit.com and see whether you qualify.
