"They are quacks" We know who they are, but what is a quack? You define a get rich surgeon, but what is a quack? It's unnecessary and both "they" and the the term "quack" only adds weakness to your paper.

Avoid starting a sentence with a conjunction like "But." Only really good writers get away with that, and until your style is supported with excellent grammar, you should avoid that error.

Being perfect is a common issue but when this issue becomes obsession it can become more serious THAN mental illness. Plastic surgery is a huge obsession among all PEOPLE including teens, preteens, and adolescents. It is not mostly personal choice; it is the choice that people ARE DRAWN TO BY all those models in the magazines articles. Plastic surgery can be the biggest risk in life. It is not A healthy way to look perfect. Plastic surgery can affect A PERSON's physical, SOCIAL and MENTAL abilities.
Plastic surgery CAN cause many types of side effects. It is A painful procedure that can even lead to death. A young mother, Dehlmalyz Rios who was 26 years old had PLASTIC surgery. Two days after the surgery her body rejected the fat that was depositED in her calves. She died AND LEFT two children behind her. It can spoil somebodyS life too. Some side effects are so everlasting THEY can affect someone’s life throughOUT THE years. No matter how well the surgeons are it is still a medical procedure that effectS a person'S health and well being. Plastic surgery includes cutting, bending, stretching and other methodS to manipulate body structure in order to get THE desired shape. This is a stress on body WHICH results IN pain, discomfort, and swelling in THE body.
Plastic surgery CAN cause depression because of frustration FROM all THE different kindS of medication. Also it CAN cause a person to lie in bed for a long period and restrict too many activities. It is very hard for PEOPLE to accept new looks and the reaction from friends for this look and guilt of having plastic surgery COULD cause a person to BECOME depressed.

Doctors who claim to offer surgery for low prices ARE all over in the place. Most of these doctors are untrained and they attend a seminar in a hotel and learn how to perform surgery within few hours. Doctors who do not have licenses show the simple way to get surgery. According to an issue in Miami, a doctor named Reinaldo Slivestre practiced his surgeons out of a small office. He had only a little medical training. One of his patients named Alexandra Baez claimed that he gave him breast implants instead of the more muscular chest he wanted. Many doctors who performed surgery are not licensed by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and also testing is not performed on these surgeons’ tools. Dirty tools are the main cause of infection in the body and sometimes death too. For these kinds of untrained doctors patients are just a source of money.
Cosmetic surgery is not EVERYBODYS CUP OF TEA. Some people try TOO hard to get plastic surgery. Plastic surgery costs thousands of dollars and peoples expensive time. Some people avoid their basic needs in life to just get plastic surgery. Plastic surgery should not be allowed for changing appearance. Wealth is an important aspect of life without wealth there is nothing in life. For instance if somebody sees a person who looks like Michael Jackson after surgery then chances are that he or she will say something funny about him. But because of his money when he walks in the street everybody is just dying to see his one sight. If a person gets negative result of plastic surgery and he is not rich, chances are that he won’t get wealth in his life. What about people who do not get a positive result after surgery? Surgeons just say one word, "sorry" and walk away without caring about anybodys feelings. So basically people and surgeons are both equally responsible for the negative effect of surgery.
There is some good effects of cosmetic surgery too. Cosmetic surgery is something that can give you close to something you want. An improved appearance has a positive effect on a persons self-confidence, which affects emotional and physical well-being. But it is a risk that gives both negative and positive effects. Being perfect is something no one can achieve. There are some people who are happy about plastic surgery but there are many people who are crying over what they did. Plastic surgery can give you pleasure in society but it costs a lot of psychological pain.
