There are not enough laws or restrictions anywhere for cosmetic surgery. Check your surgeons credentials beforehand. Follow through with the after care as directed.

First a down payment is not collateral. If you qualify for a personal loan or line of credit, the lender is not going to care what you plan to use the money for, only that you will be able to make your payments.

The cosmetic surgeon may be willing and able to accept monthly payment over a period of time or to assist you in arranging financing.

Another option you should consider is making the payments first (saving up the cost) and then having the procedure.

If you suffer from a serious deformity. you may be able to find a cosmetic surgeon that will do the surgery at a reduces fee or even not cost depending on your ability to pay. Many cosmetic surgeons do a considerable amount of this type of work feeling, in part that supporting such work justifies the time they spend on elective procedures.

You can definitely see the surgery. I feel so bad for that poor girl. How insecure she became. She just looks like a cheap common whore now.

Before all the surgery, and being with Spencer, she was quite beautiful! Very natural looking. Now it's all blonde hair and big boobs. Disgusting.

She's going too end up not at a good place, as her journey with Plastic Surgery continues. We will have another Joan Rivers on our hands.. Even though Joan is fabulous and not "fake". Heidi sure as hell is though.

Health insurance only covers procedures that are medically necessary. Insurance for cosmetic purposes is not available.

A company that would offer insurance designed specifically to cover cosmetic procedures would be bankrupt in short order. Why? Because only those that intended to have a procedure done would buy the insurance. The company would be paying claims on each and every policy and policyholders would drop their insurance once the procedures were completed.
