Almost all Gynaecomastias are operated/corrected by Liposuction & cutting out a small blob of harder tisues through tiny ( 1 Cm long) incisions under General Anaesthesia, needing 2-3 days of Hospitalisation. The cost varies between Rs 30 to 50 thousands depending on the City and standard of Hospital and experience of the Plastic Surgeon. There are plenty of Plastic Surgeons and Hospitals doing it at various places. One that I know and can recommend is Dr U Mohan Rau Memorial Hospital, at 962, Poonamallee High Road, Chennai(Madras).
