It depends on where you live and what exactly you want done. I live in Texas and they are anywhere from $3,000-$9,000. After surgery I had NO pain. It is an extremely uncomfortable feeling because I had to wear a splint and I was not able to breathe through my nose until I got it off. My nose also throbbed like crazy for over a week. I was given pain killers that I used for the first 3-4 days. I was afraid of feeling any pain but it really never hurt. If you get a splint it will come off about 7 days later and depending on what you have done you will have bruising around your eyes for about 7-10 days. (easily covered with make-up) Once your splint is off nobody can tell you had anything done! It is a pretty amazing surgery. If you want the tip of your nose worked on they might have to cut your nose at the bottom, between your nostrils. Those stitches will come out after about 7 days and the scar is very hard to see, it heals really nicely! good luck
