Relax, most movie stars have had something tweaked.

Acne is caused by hormones that are manufactured in the brain then travel through your blood system and cause acne. You will still have pores on your skin and the hormone production will still continue despite changing the bone structure or stretching the skin, so I don't think, that surgery would cure acne.

I had a huge hawk nose and as big as it was, it was always stopped up, so I got a plastic surgeon to do a deviated septum and reshaping. I cut out pictures from magazines to show him noses I liked and I told him I still wanted a large nose, not a ski-slope nose,no concavity.
Well the surgery went smoothly. It seemed like they woke me up 5 minutes after they gave me the anesthesia in the IV. I was on pain pills for a couple of weeks and the swelling took months to go down. The final result is not bad. I can breathe now, but he cut it down smaller than I wanted. I guess he couldn't imagine that I really did want it to stay big, just not huge. I recommend you take an actual profile photo of your nose and draw on the picture (or cut with scissors) how you want it to look.
Now I sometimes think about a 2nd procedure to get an insert to build it back up again. He also gave it a little concavity (slight ski-slope curve) that I didn't want. But, it looks good from the front and since I can breathe now it was worth the $5500. I wish I had given him actual dimensions and done the photo trick I suggest you do.

There is no reason to have facial plastic surgery unless there has been a disease or accident which has caused disfigurement. Have a facial once a week. Give yourself a daily facial with products that nurture you skin. Drink lots or water, try to eat your veggies, get enough calcium, take vitamins, get a little fresh air and sunshine. Why have surgery which has so many costs and risks, when one could simply take care of oneself.

Everyone says Marilyn Monroe was beautiful or really pretty, and she had quite a bit of surgery to get that way. She looked really quite different to Norma Jean Baker.
