Fat Removal Surgery

Jim Said:

Is there a natural way to lose fat in your cheeks to get a more chiseled look with out surgery?

We Answered:

The good news is there is a natural way. I know because it gave remarkable results for me and gave me a chiseled look and it has kept the fat at bay ever since. I hope you are ready to do some work to get it. Self massage with natural oils is the key. I found coconut and olive oil are excellent and both are suitable for both oily and dry skins. For best and quickest results you have to massage quite strongly and quite vigorously and it should be done over and over with a forward and back motion not a circular one as that will not be effective. You may be hesitant about doing it vigorously, but if you research my Best Answers you will see many who have only benefited by it. If you do it less vigorously it will just take longer. Skin has to adjust so stop if there is soreness and resume when you can. Depending on how vigorous/how strong you have made it, you can have noticeable improvements in a 4 to 5 days and in two weeks you can have very noticeable results and overtime even better ones. You will be amazed at it´s effectiveness. Massaging entire face and neck(recommended) will tighten skin and rejuvenate face and also give you a smooth skin and a vibrantly healthy glow. Try it - you will be happy that you did.
Supplementary exercises that help: Yoga exercises or postures for face (and neck.) You can get books with pictures (Find with a web search). The "Lion pose" and variations of that are really effective and easy to do. Also doing many head turns(as far as you can go but not too fast) will help.

Will medicine endorse surgical removal of visceral fat?

We Answered:

We already do that for free in the UK on the NHS for the morbidly obese

Also Pangolin...i'm shocked that you're a doctor...of course the fat is the problem. If they're morbidly obese it's a little late for them to do anything about their lifestyle. It's past the point of doing a bit of excercise...chances are they're too heavy to accomplish any effective excercise regimen. Other treatments are indicated here such as a gastric band etc.

Curtis Said:

is there liposuction surgery for the whole body and fat removal?

We Answered:

maybe, i know they perform liposuction on most parts of the body such as arms, legs, stomach, chest, neck etc. Its probably a combined procedure. Many surgeons give free consultations. It might be worth it to get in touch with a skilled surgeon like dr prasad and ask this question and others you may have.

Harold Said:

Surgical procedures for fat removal other than lipo and gastric bypass?

We Answered:

Bariatric surgery has developed extensively in recent years and one can find a number of different procedures apart from traditional gastric bypass surgery. Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery and mini gastric bypass surgery, restrictive procedures like gastric sleeve or lap banding and malabsorptive procedures are available today.
Consult Dr. Nilesh A. Patel, Bariatric Specialists at http://www.obesityweightlosssurgery.com/…

Can asians who have the round shape feature who also inherited the buccal fat gene get rid of both exercising?

We Answered:

The most effective way to burn fat is to consume less and exercise more often, the difficulties arise when we actually try to put that into operation! There are plenty of stumbling blocks out there aren't there?! The sole method which clearly showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been featured in Reader's Digest and CNN. I melted away twenty five pounds, it clearly does produce results!

Arlene Said:

How can I get Liposuction/Fat Removal surgery in this situation?

We Answered:

Hi

congrats for losing the weight, you must feel better for it.

I think you have loose skin and if so, lipo isn't really suitable. I had lipo for some small areas but it's not really for weight loss and anyway, you seem to have made a pretty good job of it on your own. I know how you feel though because my skin just doesn't have the elasticity that some people seem to have.

I think you should approach your GP about this because some typ;es of surgery are available on the NHS, particularly if you're having a hard time mentally.

Failing that, I and many people I know have had surgery (ranging from lipo to face lifts to boob jobs) in Prague, which is half the price of the UK. I don't wish to encourage you - you are very young and you need to talk these decisions over with family - but I want to let you know that there are options.

One of the options, as a previous answerer said, is to learn to live with it. You've lost lots of weight but you're still fed up. Perhaps there is something else missing for you at the moment. You might be better of talking to a professional and investing some money there before making any decisions about drastic measures.

Good luck
